Ailin Perez — Biography

Born on October 5, 1994, Ailín Luciana Pérez is an accomplished professional mixed martial artist hailing from Argentina. She currently showcases her skills in the Ultimate Fighting Championship's (UFC) women's bantamweight division. As of November 5, 2024, Pérez holds the #13 spot in the UFC's women's bantamweight standings. Her martial arts journey began at the age of 11 in Zárate, where she trained in kung fu and sanda. At twenty years old, she relocated to Buenos Aires with the specific aim of training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) to deepen her engagement with mixed martial arts. Pérez officially embarked on her professional fighting career in 2018.
