Alessia Marcuzzi is an Italian actress and television personality who first stepped into the spotlight in 1992 as a host on TMC's "Amici Mostri." She gained significant recognition as the anchor of the Italian adaptation of "Caiga Quien Caiga," known as "Le Iene." Her acting portfolio includes appearances in various films and television series, notably a leading role in Leonardo Pieraccioni's 1998 film "Il mio West," and featured parts in the television shows "Tequila & Bonetti" in 2000 and "Carabinieri." Since 2006, she has been the face of "Grande Fratello," the Italian version of "Big Brother."

Her early career involved her debut on Telemontecarlo with "Attenti al dettaglio" and then a role as a showgirl and statistic reader on the sports program "Qui si gioca." Before becoming a permanent fixture on Mediaset, she was part of "Il grande gioco dell’oca" alongside Gigi Sabani. On Mediaset, she hosted the popular show "Tira & Molla" and subsequently spent seven years presenting "Festivalbar" during its peak ratings period. As an actress, she played a marshal in the TV series "Carabinieri." She later took over the reins of "Le Iene" from Simona Ventura.

Marcuzzi also starred in the sitcom "Così fan tutte," where her character often expressed unconventional thoughts and wore revealing outfits, frequently showcasing her physique. She stepped in to host "Grande Fratello" when Barbara D'Urso was unavailable, although the 2012 season of the show was noted by critics and audiences for its lack of innovation, reaching a low point in its viewership.

She is a mother to two sons with Simone Inzaghi and a daughter, Mia, with Francesco Facchinetti. Marcuzzi has undergone breast reduction surgery, though she later noted a natural increase in breast size a few years post-operation. As of August 2025, she commands a substantial following of 5.7 million on Instagram.
