Alina Lopez's career encompasses 207 magazine covers, 38 photosets and 169 videos. Originally from Seattle, she grew up as the fifth child in a family of seven siblings within a strict Mormon environment. When she reached age five, her family relocated to Mesa, Arizona, where she remained until 2009, when her parents' marriage ended and she moved to St. George, Utah, with her mother. During her childhood, Alina worked as a model for major retailers including Nordstrom and Dillards. She demonstrated considerable athletic ability as a gymnast, competing at a competitive level until age twelve and earning multiple state titles in Arizona while also mentoring younger gymnasts. Prior to entering the adult film industry, she worked as a solar panel technician for a full year and spent approximately six weeks employed at a residential facility serving at-risk youth. Her professional name combines influences from musician Alina Baraz and her maternal surname, Lopez. During an interview with Adult Video News in May 2018, she expressed her wish to collaborate with Austrian performer Mick Blue, someone she had not previously encountered. This collaboration eventually occurred when she appeared with him in Creampied Vixens 2, released in 2018. By December 2025, her social media presence on Instagram reached 1.7 million followers. Recognition in the industry has included selection as Penthouse Pet of the Month for December 2018 and appearance as a Playboy featured model in October 2019. She has also graced covers for Penthouse, Hustler and Taboo magazines, earned girl of the month honors from MOFOS, CherryPimps, Girlsway and Twistys, received designation as a Vixen Angel and was named Girlsway Girl of the Year for 2019.
