Amber Lancaster was raised as an only child in Tacoma, Washington. She displayed her passion for performance from a young age; by six, she entertained her neighbors with free "talent shows" and delighted residents at nursing homes. Her early dedication to the arts led her to become a professional dancer for the Seattle Seahawks. After relocating to Los Angeles to chase her acting dreams, she found success as a model on "The Price is Right," which holds the title of the longest running game show in TV history. Additionally, Amber made guest appearances on popular shows, including HBO's "Entourage," and became a series regular on MTV's scripted comedy "The Hard Times of RJ Berger," portraying Jenny Swanson, the romantic interest of the main character, RJ. Outside of her professional life, Amber enjoys cooking, spending time at the beach, exploring thrift stores, finding new music, and watching football games. A committed philanthropist, she supports various organizations, including the ASPCA, Special Olympics, Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America, NBA Cares, Safehaven, and collaborates with local shelters for battered women and children. By February 2026, she had garnered 485,000 followers on Instagram.
