Anamarija Frlan has graced the pages of Playboy magazine on numerous occasions. Her recognition as Playmate of the Month came in October 2010 for Playboy Croatia and again in July 2011 for Playboy Poland.

Her image has been featured on the cover of Playboy Croatia in October 2010 and July 2014. She also appeared on the cover of Playboy Germany in July 2014 and Playboy Philippines in January-February 2014.

Beyond covers, Frlan has been the subject of pictorials and standalone photo features in various international editions of Playboy. These include appearances in Playboy Argentina in June and September 2014, Playboy Bulgaria in March 2011, and multiple features in Playboy Croatia throughout 2012, 2013, and 2014.
