Ananya Birla is a notable Indian figure, recognized for her endeavors in both business and the arts. She hails from a prominent lineage as the eldest daughter of industrialist Kumar Mangalam Birla and Neerja Birla. As a sixth-generation member of the esteemed Birla family, with roots tracing back to Pilani, her early passion for music surfaced when she began learning the santoor at the age of eleven. Her academic journey included attendance at the American School of Bombay, followed by a bachelor's degree in economics and management from the University of Oxford, which she received in 2011. In 2016, Birla established Ikai Asai, a high-end e-commerce venture where she serves as founder and CEO. That same year, her achievements were acknowledged by Forbes, which included her among Asia's Women to Watch.
