Anna Kay Faris is a well-known American actress and podcaster. She gained widespread recognition for her comedic performances, most notably as Cindy Campbell in the Scary Movie series, which spanned from 2000 to 2006. Her filmography includes notable works such as The Hot Chick (2002), Lost in Translation (2003), Brokeback Mountain (2005), Waiting... (2005), Just Friends (2005), My Super Ex-Girlfriend (2006), Smiley Face (2007), The House Bunny (2008), What's Your Number? (2011), The Dictator (2012), and Overboard (2018). Additionally, she lent her voice to characters in the Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs series (2009–2013) and in the Alvin and the Chipmunks films (2009–2015), along with The Emoji Movie (2017).
