April Ross — Biography

Born on June 20, 1982, April Ross has carved a distinguished career in American beach volleyball, achieving the remarkable feat of earning three Olympic medals. Her Olympic journey began with a silver medal at the 2012 London Games, a testament to her partnership with Jennifer Kessy. Four years later, in 2016, she secured a bronze medal at the Rio de Janeiro Olympics alongside Kerri Walsh Jennings. Ross reached the pinnacle of her Olympic career at the 2020 Tokyo Games, where she claimed the gold medal with Alix Klineman. In addition to her Olympic successes, Ross and Kessy also celebrated a significant victory in 2009, winning the Beach Volleyball World Championship.
