Ashnoor Kaur — Biography

Ashnoor Kaur is an Indian actress who has made her mark on the small screen and ventured into Bollywood. She is widely recognized for her memorable performances in popular television dramas such as Jhansi Ki Rani, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, and Patiala Babes. Her filmography includes supporting roles in the Bollywood productions Sanju and Manmarziyaan, both released in 2018.

Beyond her acting career, Kaur has also achieved academic distinction. She achieved an impressive 93% in her Class 10 CBSE board examinations in 2019 and followed this with a commendable 94% in her Class 12 exams in 2021.

Kaur's journey in the entertainment industry began at a tender age of five. Her acting debut was in the 2009 series Jhansi Ki Rani, where she took on the character of Prachi. The following year, she appeared in Saath Nibhaana Saathiya on StarPlus, portraying Panna. Her notable television roles continued with her portrayal of Navika Vyas Bhatnagar in the series Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha and its second installment. She also featured as the younger version of Mayra Kapoor in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, made an appearance in CID, and took on the role of Ashok Sundari in the mythological series Devon Ke Dev...Mahadev.

Kaur's diverse television roles extended to playing young Naira Singhania in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Dushala in Mahabharat, and Princess Vilas in Prithvi Vallabh. In Anurag Kashyap's film Manmarziyaan, she played the sister of Taapsee Pannu's character. From 2018 to 2020, Kaur captivated audiences as Mini Babita/Khurana in Sony TV's popular show Patiala Babes. She is slated to appear next in the romantic drama film Tu Chahiye, starring opposite Akshay Oberoi.
