Fabian received recognition in 2002 when she was chosen as one of five Playmates that year to be immortalized as a Playboy Doll, part of an exclusive collectible line featuring realistic anatomical details and soft plastic construction. During her film career, she appeared in the 1991 comedy Ski School, where she took on the role of Victoria and performed a topless scene. The film contained adult content that, while classified as softcore due to the absence of explicit male imagery, depicted her character engaging in sexual activity with the character Johnny, portrayed by Tom Bresnahan.
