Woods's filmography was relatively brief, encompassing Debbie Does Dallas, its subsequent installments released in 1981 and 1985, and Swedish Erotica 12, also released in 1981. Her contributions to the industry were recognized with an induction into the AVN Hall of Fame in 1998. Following her career in adult entertainment, Woods's fate and current location have been subjects of speculation. While the investigator was unable to find her, they also could not corroborate the reports of her death from an overdose. The investigator also received correspondence, purportedly from Woods, indicating her departure from the adult film industry due to the drug abuse she witnessed, and her subsequent establishment of a private life as a homemaker and mother in the Des Moines, Iowa, region.
