Bianca Landrau, a recording artist, first gained widespread recognition for her participation in the Oxygen network's reality program, Sisterhood of Hip Hop. Her career received a significant boost in 2014 when she was signed to Pharrell Williams' record label. Growing up, Landrau was surrounded by individuals who would go on to achieve fame as battle rappers. Despite spending time with them in recording studios, she kept her own songwriting a secret until she reached the age of 18.
