Mara Watson, known professionally as Blaire Ivory, is a performer from Virginia whose family has Swiss heritage. She remained in Virginia until age seventeen. During her high school years, she participated in volleyball. At eighteen, she pursued a career in fashion modeling, leveraging her tall stature and appearance. Financial constraints led her to transition into adult entertainment after being informed by an industry representative that earnings would be substantially higher in that sector. Throughout her career, she has accumulated 185 cover appearances, 73 photosets, and 112 videos while working under various stage names including Lena Anderson and Blaire Ivory.

Her work has garnered significant recognition within the industry.
