Cammie Carter — Biography

Cammie Carter’s ascent to musical recognition began on the digital stage of YouNow, a platform that helped launch her career. She unveiled her debut self-titled album in December of 2013, a milestone for the artist who has since gathered a following of over 90,000 on her YouNow channel. Carter’s musical journey started at a tender age, with her first notes sung at seven years old, belting out karaoke tunes alongside her grandfather at a neighborhood bowling alley. This early passion was nurtured when he gifted her his own karaoke setup, a testament to his support. Her talent was further recognized when she claimed the grand prize at the American Idol Experience held at Disney Hollywood Studios. Although her birthplace is Sebring, Florida, her formative years were largely spent in Clio, Michigan, before she eventually returned to Sebring.
