Carmen Russo — Biography
Carmen Russo is a multifaceted Italian performer, known for her work as a showgirl, television personality, actress, dancer, model, dance instructor, and brief foray into singing. Her career commenced in the mid-1970s as a model, during which time she actively participated in various Italian beauty pageants. She first captured wider public interest through her appearances in Italian sex comedies, including films such as "Mia moglie torna a scuola," "Giovani, belle... probabilmente ricche," and "Paulo Roberto Cotechiño centravanti di sfondamento." The 1980s saw her transition to becoming a prominent television figure, gracing the screens in popular variety programs like "Drive In," "Risatissima," and "Grand Hotel." Later in her career, Russo took part in the reality competition format, featuring in the Italian "Celebrity Survivor" in 2003 and the Spanish equivalent, "Supervivientes," in 2006, where she emerged as the victor. Her reality television experience continued in 2017 with her participation in "Grande Fratello VIP 2," the Italian iteration of "Celebrity Big Brother."
