The vibrant, rose-hued condiment known as Pink Sauce emerged from the digital realm, conceived by Veronica Shaw, who gained widespread recognition as Chef Pii on TikTok. However, the sauce's journey encountered a significant hurdle when the Food and Drug Administration intervened due to issues surrounding food safety and proper product labeling, leading to a halt in its manufacturing and direct online sales. Following adjustments to its formulation and a collaboration with Dave's Gourmet, Pink Sauce made its retail debut in brick-and-mortar stores in January of 2023.
