Claire Jane Sweeney, born April 17, 1971, is an English performer recognized for her talents as an actress, singer, and television personality. Her breakthrough role came as Lindsey Corkhill in the long-running Channel 4 soap opera Brookside, a part she inhabited from 1991 to 2003.
