About Dale Bozzio

Dale Bozzio, born Frances Consalvi, carved her niche in music as an American vocalist specializing in rock and pop genres. Before her singing career, she also worked as an adult model. She is most recognized for her pivotal role as the co-founder and frontwoman of the iconic 1980s new wave group, Missing Persons. Her musical journey also includes notable collaborations with Frank Zappa, where she contributed significantly to two of his substantial projects: the rock opera Joe's Garage, released in 1979, and the musical concept album Thing-Fish, which came out in 1984. Beyond her band and Zappa affiliations, Dale Bozzio has a discography that features four solo albums and one extended play.
