Dana Rettke — Biography

Born on January 21, 1999, Dana Lynn Rettke is an American volleyball talent currently competing professionally for Eczacıbaşı Dynavit in Turkey's Sultanlar Ligi. Her impressive collegiate career at the University of Wisconsin–Madison saw her achieve an unparalleled distinction: she is the only player in collegiate history to be named an AVCA First Team All American five times. Rettke also represented the United States as part of the national team. Throughout her five years of college play, she consistently earned All-Big Ten recognition. Her exceptional performance led to her being named the Big Ten Female Athlete of the Year for the 2019–20 season, and she later received the Honda Sports Award for women's volleyball in 2021-2022.
