Doreen Seidel — Biography

Born on September 19, 1985, Doreen Seidel hails from Chemnitz, Germany, and has carved a multifaceted career. Her professional journey encompasses roles as a racecar driver, an instructor, and a prominent figure in modeling, including her association with Playboy. Seidel first entered the competitive racing scene in 2011, making her debut in the ADAC Cruze Cup. Throughout her racing endeavors, she has engaged in both sprint and endurance competitions.

Her modeling career gained significant traction in 2008 when she was featured as May's Playmate of the Month in the German edition of Playboy, a distinction that led to her being crowned Germany's Playmate of the Year for that same year. Her presence in Playboy extended to international editions, gracing publications in Mexico, Spain, Russia, Poland, Greece, Argentina, Romania, and Hungary, and even appearing on the cover of the Bulgarian edition. Seidel also participated in various themed editions, including a celebration of Hugh Hefner's 85th birthday in April 2011 alongside other models.

Seidel's interest in motorsports began in her youth, influenced by her proximity to the Sachsenring race track. At eighteen, she acquired her first motorcycle, a Yamaha R6. Her career as a model also involved campaigns such as a Valentine's Day anti-fur initiative with PETA and advertising work for the technology portal CHIP Online, as well as a commercial for a denture company. A pivotal moment in her racing aspirations came when she served as a grid girl for a Playboy-sponsored team in the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters (DTM), an experience that ultimately propelled her into professional driving. She later competed in a support series affiliated with the DTM. In 2019, Seidel also contributed to Playboy by reporting on the Burning Man event.
