Dulce Neves first gained public attention in March 1992, gracing the cover of Brazilian Playboy. This initial appearance was preceded by two additional nude pictorials in the magazine in September 1992 and February 1994. Her modeling work extended internationally, with a feature in German Playboy in August 1992. Neves also appeared in Brazilian Sexy Mag in July 1993, June 1995, and September 1996.
Upon completing her journalism degree in 1998, Neves began a significant transition in her life and career. Moving away from her previous endeavors, she married an engineer who had experience in politics. This marked the beginning of her evolution into a highly capable cultural producer in her hometown, a role she has maintained from 2010 to the present day.
