Born on October 27, 1984, Emilie Ullerup is an actress hailing from Denmark. She gained significant recognition for her portrayal of Ashley Magnus in the television series Sanctuary. Ullerup's early life was spent as the daughter of a diplomatic family in Copenhagen, Denmark, with her father being Ove Ullerup-Petersen. Following the completion of her secondary education in Copenhagen in 2003, she relocated to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. There, she pursued her acting education at the Vancouver Film School, completing her studies in 2005.
Ullerup's acting career commenced in 2006 with her role as Julia Brynn in the revived television series Battlestar Galactica, which was broadcast on the Sci Fi Channel.
