Erika Ishitobi — Biography

Born on May 9, 1997, in Saitama Prefecture, Erika Ishitobi is a multifaceted talent from Japan, known for her work as a voice actress, singer, and professional model. She is petite, measuring 151 centimeters in height. Ishitobi first captured public notice in 2012, reaching the final round of the 4th Popteen model auditions. Following this, she established herself as a prominent "reader model," or dokumo, for the magazine, a role she held until 2016. Her career took a new direction in 2017 when she entered the realms of voice acting and idol performance. She became a founding member of the seiyuu-idol group Purely Monster, affiliated with the agency Holy Peak. Within the anime and gaming spheres, Ishitobi is particularly recognized for her portrayals of Haruka Igusa in Blue Archive and Saho Mizuo in The Honor Student at Magic High School. A significant professional achievement arrived in November 2024 with the unveiling of her second photobook, titled "Dono Erika?". This publication was distinguished by the involvement of her close friend, Moe Toyota, who oversaw its production and artistic direction, aiming to capture Ishitobi’s diverse and personal aesthetic, encompassing styles from casual fashion.
