About Erika Kirk
Erika Kirk is a businesswoman, podcast host, and philanthropic figure based in Illinois. She completed her undergraduate studies at Arizona State University in 2012, earning a degree in Political Science and International Relations. Following this, she pursued advanced studies at Liberty University, where she obtained a Juris Master's degree in 2017 and a Doctorate in Christian Leadership in 2022. In 2012, she was crowned Miss Arizona USA. She established Everyday Heroes Like You, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting charitable organizations that lack widespread recognition, and produces the Midweek Rise Up podcast. Erika was married to conservative commentator Charlie Kirk from 2021 until his death in 2025, and they had two children together. Following her husband's assassination, she assumed the role of CEO at Turning Point USA. In 2026, she was selected to serve on an important advisory board of the US Air Force Academy. The 16-person board of visitors examines various aspects of the Colorado Springs military institution, including morale, discipline, curriculum, instruction, physical resources, financial management, academic practices, and other related matters. As of September 2025, her Instagram account has garnered 5.3 million followers.
