Hailing from Des Moines, Iowa, Erin Ellington is an American figure known for her work as a fitness and glamour model and a skilled makeup artist. Having concluded her modeling endeavors, she now dedicates her professional energy to her photography pursuits. Born and raised in Adel, a modest agricultural community near Des Moines, Erin is one of seven siblings. Her formative years included significant involvement in school activities at Adel-De Soto High School, where she served as captain of the cheerleading squad, a member of the girls golf team, and was crowned Homecoming Queen.

Following her high school graduation, Erin pursued higher education at Cornell College, a private Methodist institution in Mount Vernon, Iowa, earning dual degrees in Psychology and Sociology. Her post-collegiate career path was diverse, starting with a role as a family service counselor at a funeral home, followed by work as a youth crisis counselor. She also gained experience as a flight attendant for a national airline.

It was during this period that Erin's modeling career began to take shape. She was discovered by a prominent national fitness and fashion photographer, which ultimately led to her establishing a full-time profession as a swimsuit and fitness model. After an initial test photoshoot in Los Angeles, Erin's presence in various publications rapidly expanded, with her image appearing in numerous magazines both within the United States and internationally, and becoming a popular fixture online.

She was also recognized as a Fitness Centerfold Girl through her work with The Michael Scott Company.
