Fani Pacheco graced the pages of Playboy on multiple occasions, earning the prestigious Playmate of the Month title. Her allure was recognized by Playboy Argentina in November 2011, and she was twice celebrated by Playboy Brazil, first in April 2007 and again in November 2010. The latter feature notably included a "soft lesbo" spread alongside fellow Big Brother Brasil contestant Nati Casassola.
