Gemma Louise Atkinson is a British actress, glamour model and television presenter from Bury, Greater Manchester, born November 16, 1984. Her professional credits include the television series Hollyoaks, the film Devil's Pass and the video game Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3. She shares two children with her partner Gorka Marquez: daughter Mia Louise Marquez, born via emergency Caesarean section following a 15-hour labour on July 4, 2019 when Atkinson was 34 years old, and son Thiago Thomas Marquez, born July 19, 2023. Her father is David Atkinson.

During the casting process for the 2015 television series Supergirl, Atkinson was among the actresses considered for the lead role before Melissa Benoist was ultimately chosen. A dedicated fitness enthusiast, she maintains a rigorous routine that includes daily gym sessions along with boxing and Muay Thai classes twice weekly. Her striking appearance and figure have led to prominent magazine features in publications including Nuts, Zoo Weekly, FHM and Maxim. In 2007, she placed fifth in a Daily Star reader survey ranking the "best breasts in Britain".
