A model originally from the Texas coast, Gisele built a substantial portfolio during her time in the industry that included 24 magazine covers, 18 photoshoots, and 6 videos before stepping away from her career in 2018. Her work primarily appeared with Playboy across a span of years, with notable features including pieces such as "Home Comfort" released in early 2014, "Beside You" and "Ethereal Devotion" from fall 2013, and various other themed shoots throughout 2013. She also appeared in earlier Playboy features dating back to 2005, including selections as a Daily Double and Coed of the Week, as well as a college-themed lingerie spread from 2003. Beyond Playboy, Gisele worked with photographer Holly Randall on three separate projects titled "The Goddess," "Animal Instincts," and "Dream Girl" between 2013 and 2014.

Standing five foot seven with blonde hair and brown eyes, Gisele became known as a Cybergirl model who possessed a distinctly Texan presence. Though she maintained ties to her home state, she frequently traveled to California for work, often describing herself as split between her Texas roots and California lifestyle. In interviews, she expressed strong pride in her Texas heritage while acknowledging the significant time she spent on the West Coast. She announced her decision to retire from modeling in 2018 through an online statement.
