Janice Griffith is an adult entertainment performer, social media figure, and business owner currently living in Berlin, Germany. Born Samantha Schimmel, she grew up in Queens, New York, in a household where both parents worked in law enforcement. She received her education at a private Catholic institution in Queens and later attended high school in both Queens and Long Island, where her biological father was residing. Janice began her adult entertainment career in 2013 at age eighteen, initially planning to appear in just one production with James Dean. She ultimately continued in the field due to the financial compensation and her personal enjoyment of the work. In April 2014, she participated in a Hustler magazine photoshoot alongside Dan Bilzerian that went awry when Bilzerian tossed her from a rooftop intending for her to land in a swimming pool. She missed the pool and struck its edge, fracturing her foot. The eighteen-year-old demanded eighty-five thousand dollars from Bilzerian to cover medical expenses, a request he refused. She filed suit against both Hustler and Bilzerian in December 2014. Bilzerian's legal team argued he was not responsible since Hustler had hired him and she had signed a contract for the event. Hustler's attorneys countered in January 2015 that the incident constituted an "act of God" and that the publication bore no responsibility for her injuries.

In 2017, Janice cofounded SpankChain with other partners, a blockchain platform created to provide payment services for sex workers throughout the adult industry. Throughout her career, Janice has appeared on three hundred four magazine covers, one hundred three photosets, and two hundred one videos.
