About Joy Taylor

Joy Taylor is a familiar face in American broadcasting, currently lending her hosting talents to Fox Sports 1 (FS1). At FS1, she is a co-host on Speak, appearing alongside Keyshawn Johnson and Paul Pierce. Before her current role, Taylor played a key part in other FS1 programs. She served as the moderator for the studio show Skip and Shannon: Undisputed, engaging with commentators Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe. Additionally, she provided news updates for FS1's The Herd with Colin Cowherd. Taylor also hosted her own Saturday program, The Joy Taylor Show, on Fox Sports Radio.

On a personal note, Joy Taylor's brother is Jason Taylor, a former NFL defensive end who had a distinguished 15-season career in the league and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2017. In 2017, during an episode of Undisputed, Joy Taylor shared her experience as a survivor of domestic abuse. In September 2018, it was reported that Taylor was engaged to former NBA point guard and coach Earl Watson. However, the couple ultimately separated in November 2019. More recently, on January 5, 2025, Taylor was named in a lawsuit filed by Noushin Faraji, a former Fox Sports hairstylist. Faraji's lawsuit against Fox Sports alleges sexual and workplace harassment. According to Faraji's claims, she informed Taylor that Fox Sports executive Charlie Dixon had allegedly "rubbed her body and grabbed her buttocks" at a party held for Taylor in West Hollywood in January 2017, and that Taylor advised Faraji to "get over it." The lawsuit further alleges that after Taylor and Faraji's friendship deteriorated, Taylor began to insult Faraji both personally and professionally.
