Julia Garner — Biography

Born on the first day of February in 1994, Julia Garner is an American performer. Her most recognizable work comes from portraying Ruth Langmore in the Netflix crime saga Ozark, a role she has held since 2017. This performance garnered significant praise and an award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series at the Primetime Emmys. Before and during that time, Garner also appeared in the FX historical espionage show The Americans, which ran from 2015 to 2018. Her resume also includes appearances in the Netflix limited series Waco, the dark comedy-drama miniseries Maniac, also on Netflix, and the Bravo series Dirty John, based on a true crime story, which aired from 2018 to 2019. As of the final month of 2024, Garner has built a following of 1.5 million people on the social media platform Instagram.
