Karen Hafter — Biography

Karen Hafter's centerfold was captured by photographer Phillip Dixon. In a unique turn of events, she was introduced to Playboy by another Playmate, Anne Randall, who was Miss May 1967. Anne spotted Karen while she was employed as a waitress in Los Angeles. Following her feature as a Playmate, Karen maintained a thriving modeling career in the region.
