About Katja Krasavice
Katja Krasavice launched her YouTube presence on March 29, 2014. Initially recognized as "the sex-YouTuber," her vlogs featured provocative attire, an open embrace of pornographic aesthetics, advocacy for cosmetic surgery, and candid discussions about intimacy, desires, and practices. Despite generating considerable controversy, she rapidly amassed a substantial audience, reaching 100,000 subscribers in 2015 and 500,000 by 2016. Her significant online impact led to her participation in the sixth season of Promi Big Brother (Celebrity Big Brother) in 2018, where she secured sixth place. In 2019, Krasavice transitioned her focus to a music career, establishing a new channel and archiving her previous content. Her original channel, now dormant, retains 1.43 million subscribers, and she no longer identifies as a YouTuber.
While still active on YouTube in November 2017, Krasavice debuted her single "Doggy," a playful, sex-themed dance track produced by Stard Ova, complete with a humorous music video. This song achieved top-ten status in Germany and Austria, reaching number 7 and 5 respectively. Her second single, "Dicke Lippen," released in April 2018, maintained a similar style and topped the Austrian charts while peaking at number 4 in Germany. "Sex Tape," the third single from this period, was released in August of the same year and charted at number 6 in Germany and number 7 in Austria. These three Stard Ova productions aligned with her YouTube persona and capitalized on her online popularity.
Krasavice's commitment to music intensified in 2019 when she signed with Warner Music Group and announced her debut album, "Bo$$ Bitch," for January 2020. Her musical direction shifted to contemporary R&B, trap, and dancehall influences, with lyrics exploring themes of self-expression and sexuality. The album's lead single, "Gucci Girl," which sampled Aqua's "Barbie Girl," reached number 21 on the German and Austrian charts. Subsequent singles "Sugar Daddy" and "Wer bist du" did not chart, while "Casino" peaked at number 44 in Germany. The album itself debuted at number 1 on the German charts, surpassing Eminem's "Music To Be Murdered By" in their release week, and entered the top ten in Austria and Switzerland. In June 2020, she published her autobiography, "Bitch Bibel," which introduced her personal history to a wider audience and became a bestseller, reaching number 2 on Der Spiegel's non-fiction chart.
The year 2020 saw the release of "Million Dollar A$$," the first single from her second album, "E
