Kia Drayton — Biography

Kia Drayton is a nude model from the United States who gained recognition as Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month in December 2006. Before achieving this significant milestone, she had already made a name for herself, featuring as the centerfold in the 2004 Hooters Restaurant Swimsuit Calendar, appearing in Smooth Magazine, and serving multiple years as a calendar girl for the Atlanta Dymes. In addition to modeling, she is also a DJ and an avid music collector, boasting a collection of over 20,000 records stored in her garage, as revealed in her Playboy pictorial. Drayton has a tattoo featuring Chinese characters on her right hip. She completed her high school education at Redan High School in Stone Mountain, Georgia, graduating in 2001, and is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Interior Design at the Art Institute of Atlanta. She asserts that she was raised in Atlanta. On April 25, 2007, Drayton and her personal trainer, Otis Leon Story, were arrested in North Charleston, South Carolina, after housekeeping staff discovered over a kilogram of cocaine in their hotel room. Ultimately, the charges against her were dropped after authorities established that the cocaine belonged to Story. In addition to her achievements in modeling, she was also recognized as Playboy Croatia’s Playmate of the Month in December 2006.
