Sejeong, whose birth name is Kim Se-jeong, is a prominent South Korean entertainer working under Jellyfish Entertainment. Her career encompasses both singing and acting. She is a recognized member of the group Gugudan, participating also in its subunit Gugudan SeMiNa. Previously, she was a part of the widely popular girl group I.O.I.

Her presence in entertainment extends to television hosting. In 2016, Sejeong took on hosting duties for the program "Talents for Sale." Her role as a permanent MC for "Get it Beauty" began in January 2017.
