About Kimberly Guilfoyle
Kimberly Ann Guilfoyle is an American figure known for her work in television news, a past career as a model for Victoria's Secret, and her experience as a prosecutor. A Republican, she served as an advisor to former President Donald Trump, the 45th president of the United States. Guilfoyle pursued her education at the University of California, Davis, and later earned a law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law. She then practiced law as a prosecuting attorney in both San Francisco and Los Angeles, California, holding the position of assistant district attorney in San Francisco from 2000 to 2004.
Her personal life has seen notable public attention. Guilfoyle was previously married to Gavin Newsom, a prominent Democratic politician. During the initial two years of Newsom's tenure as mayor of San Francisco, Guilfoyle held the role of First Lady of the city. Newsom subsequently went on to serve as the governor of California. The couple initially wed on December 27, 2001, when Newsom was a San Francisco city supervisor. After Newsom's mayoral election in 2003, she used the name Kimberly Guilfoyle Newsom. Their relationship was publicly highlighted in the September 2004 issue of Harper's Bazaar, where they were featured posing at the Getty Villa and described as the "New Kennedys." Citing the difficulties of maintaining a marriage across different coasts, Guilfoyle and Newsom jointly initiated divorce proceedings in January 2005, with the divorce becoming final on February 28, 2006.
Following her divorce from Newsom, Guilfoyle married Eric Villency, an heir to a furniture fortune, on May 27, 2006, in Barbados. Their son, Ronan Anthony, was born on October 4, 2006. Guilfoyle and Villency divorced in November 2009. In June 2018, Vanessa Trump confirmed that Guilfoyle was in a relationship with Donald Trump Jr., several months after Vanessa Trump had filed for divorce from him. In mid-2019, Guilfoyle and Donald Trump Jr. jointly acquired a home in The Hamptons for $4.4 million, which they later sold for $8.14 million in March 2021 amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Subsequently, in March 2021, they purchased a $9.7 million residence in Jupiter, Florida. The couple announced their engagement on December 31, 2020, though this news was not publicly disclosed until January 2022. Kimberly Guilfoyle has heritage from both Ireland and Puerto Rico. As of February 2026, she has garnered 2.0 million followers on the social media platform Instagram.
