Laura Bell Bundy — Biography

Laura Bell Bundy, born Laura Ashley Bell Bundy on April 10, 1981, is a performer known for her work in both acting and singing. She gained significant recognition for her groundbreaking portrayals on the Broadway stage. Specifically, she originated the character of Amber Von Tussle in the musical adaptation of Hairspray and brought Elle Woods to life in the musical version of Legally Blonde. On the small screen, Bundy was a familiar face as Dr. Jordan Denby in the television series Anger Management. Her musical endeavors extended beyond the theater; in 2010, she inked a deal with Mercury Records Nashville, launching her country music career with the release of her initial singles, "Giddy On Up" and "Drop on By."
