Lauren Conrad — Biography

Born on the first day of February in 1986, Lauren Conrad, affectionately known to her inner circle as "L.C.", entered the world in Newport Beach, California. Her formative years unfolded in the picturesque coastal town of Laguna Beach. Her days were often filled with classic pastimes: enjoying the sand and surf, indulging in retail therapy, and sharing meals with her companions. Conrad's passion for crafting clothing emerged in the seventh grade. Following her graduation from Laguna Beach High School, she enrolled at the Academy of Art University with the intention of pursuing fashion design. However, after a single semester, she determined that both the institution and the city of San Francisco were not aligned with her aspirations. She then relocated back to her home region and commenced her studies at FIDM in Irvine, California. Her journey in the fashion industry began with an internship at the apparel brand 3 Dots in Los Angeles. Currently residing in the bustling metropolis of LA, she continues her fashion design studies at FIDM's local campus. As of April 2026, Conrad commands a significant online presence, boasting 5.8 million followers on the popular social media platform Instagram.
