Born on April 15th, 1965, Linda Perry is an American artist renowned for her work as a singer, songwriter, musician, and record producer. She first rose to prominence as the frontwoman and main creative force behind the band 4 Non Blondes. Following that chapter, Perry established two record labels and has gone on to craft and oversee hits for a variety of established artists. Her notable songwriting and production credits include "Beautiful" for Christina Aguilera, "What You Waiting For?" for Gwen Stefani, and "Get the Party Started" for Pink. Her musical contributions extend to albums by Adele Adkins, Alicia Keys, and Courtney Love. Furthermore, she was instrumental in bringing James Blunt to the United States music scene, handling his signing and distribution. In recognition of her considerable songwriting talent, Linda Perry was honored with induction into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2015. She is married to actress Sara Gilbert.
