Lindsay Kay Hayward — Biography
Lindsay Kay Hayward is an American performer, recognized both for her acting career and her former life in professional wrestling under the personas of Isis the Amazon and Aloisia. Her remarkable stature earned her a spot in the Guinness World Records in 2013, where she was recognized as the "tallest actress in a leading role." Her journey into wrestling began on April 17, 2008, when she was discovered by ICWMiami at the Exxxotica Convention. It was there she met "Soulman" Alex G, who became her trainer. In the months that followed, she began accompanying the ICW Tag Team Champions, Dade County Collision, as their valet. That same year, she vied for the Professional Girl Wrestling Association championship against Tracy Taylor. Her wrestling circuit expanded to include Coastal Championship Wrestling from 2008 to 2009, Rampage Pro Wrestling in 2009, and Juggalo Championship Wrestling from 2009 to 2010.
In 2010, Hayward was slated to join season 3 of WWE's WWE NXT as "Aloisia," a move that would have made her the tallest Diva in the company's history. During this period, she participated in seminars with wrestling legend Jimmy Snuka and was managed by Vickie Guerrero before being replaced by Kaitlyn. Her tenure with WWE concluded abruptly a few weeks after her signing when the company discovered "erotic photos" of her circulating online, leading to her release. The year 2011 saw her compete in Absolute Intense Wrestling in January, Total Nonstop Action Wrestling in February, and then National Wrestling Alliance Signature Pro Wrestling in May, before retiring from wrestling later that year. A brief attempt at a wrestling comeback materialized in 2016 with training sessions under Brian Kendrick, but she ultimately remained retired.
Hayward's life was also documented on the TLC series My Giant Life. The show focused on her reunion with her father and the everyday challenges she faced due to her height, such as shopping for clothes, air travel, and securing acting roles. In the second season of My Giant Life, Hayward expressed her ambition to return to professional wrestling and her aspiration to perform at WrestleMania.
