Lisa Cross established a formidable presence in the competitive bodybuilding circuit, showcasing her dedication and physique across numerous prestigious events. Her journey in 2009 saw her secure a strong second-place finish at the NABBA England competition, followed by another impressive second at the NABBA Universe. That same year, she claimed victory at the UKBFF Hercules contest.

The following year, 2010, marked a significant achievement as Cross triumphed at the UKBFF British Championships. In 2011, she demonstrated her talent on an international stage, earning a fourth-place ranking at the Arnold Amateur Europe and an identical fourth-place finish in the Heavyweight division at the Women’s World Amateur Championships.

Cross continued her competitive endeavors in 2013, achieving a second-place position at the Arnold Amateur Europe. The landscape of professional bodybuilding opened further in 2014 with her sixteenth-place showing at the IFBB Tampa Pro. A breakthrough came in 2015 when she secured a first-place victory at the IFBB Omaha Pro, followed by a ninth-place finish at the IFBB Wings of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships.

The year 2016 saw Cross return to the IFBB Tampa Pro, where she earned a second-place accolade, and then a seventh-place performance at the IFBB Wings of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Her consistent presence continued into 2017, with another second-place finish at the IFBB Tampa Pro and a ninth-place ranking at the IFBB WOS Rising Phoenix World Championships.
