Lorraine Michaels was born in England and often referred to herself as an "Air Force brat," having lived in 22 different states throughout her upbringing. After completing her college education in New Mexico, she relocated to Los Angeles. Before entering the entertainment industry, Lorraine was employed in the insurance sector and also worked as a bank teller. It was during this time that former Playmate Daina House noticed her and recommended her to Playboy. Lorraine transitioned into acting, achieving recognition for her role in the cult classic Malibu Express, which also featured a number of fellow Playmates. In her later years, she welcomed two children and took on the role of vice president at their school. Additionally, she became actively involved with the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.
