Lyndsy Fonseca is an actress known for her portrayal of Alex Udinov in the series Nikita. Audiences also recognize her as the daughter of Ted Mosby from the popular sitcom How I Met Your Mother. Her performance on Desperate Housewives earned her a nomination for a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series.
