About Maggie Lindemann
Maggie Lindemann, born July 21, 1998, emerged as a notable American musician. Her initial foray into the music scene in 2016 with the single "Pretty Girl" achieved significant chart success, reaching number 2 in Sweden, number 4 in Belgium, and number 8 in Norway and the United Kingdom, while also landing at number 16 in the Netherlands. Following this initial pop-oriented success, Lindemann deliberately pivoted her artistic direction, moving away from her established pop sound and aesthetic. Her subsequent musical endeavors embraced more intense and somber genres, including alternative metal, emo, and pop-punk.
Beyond her musical career, Lindemann carved out a significant presence as a social media personality, amassing over 3.7 million followers on Instagram and more than 490,000 on Twitter. She is recognized for popular tracks like "Pretty Girl" and "Couple of Kids." Her talents also extended to a collaboration with The Vamps on their song "Personal." In her younger years, Lindemann was a dedicated competitive runner and a school cheerleader. Her journey to widespread recognition began on Instagram at the age of 14. Her debut song, "Knocking on Your Heart," made an impact internationally, charting in 13 countries and securing a spot within the top 20 on iTunes. She also participated in a meet and greet at the Famous Birthday booth during VidCon in 2015.
Lindemann maintains a very close relationship with her family and is notably protective of her brother. Her beloved dog, Moose, is also an important part of her life. In her personal life, she had a well-publicized relationship with Brennen Taylor, which concluded in 2016. She later began a relationship with Brandon Arreaga from PRETTYMUCH in 2019. Furthermore, she developed strong friendships with fellow personalities Teala Dunn and Amanda Steele.
