She gained prominence as Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month in October 1968, with her centerfold images captured by noted photographer Pompeo Posar. In "The Playmate Book," Posar recalls that both Majken and Connie Kreski were the final contenders for the title of 1969 Playmate of the Year, which ultimately went to Kreski.
