McKenzie Westmore — Biography

McKenzie Westmore is primarily recognized for her portrayal of Sheridan Crane on the beloved television soap opera Passions. She held this role from 1999 through 2008. Within the Passions fanbase, Sheridan's romantic storyline with Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald, brought to life by Galen Gering, was particularly celebrated. Their pairing was affectionately nicknamed "Shuis," a portmanteau of their characters' names.

Westmore has also ventured into the expansive Star Trek universe, appearing in four distinct productions. Her contributions include an appearance in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode titled "When the Bough Breaks," the feature film Star Trek: Insurrection, the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Warhead," and the more recent Star Trek: Picard episode "Maps and Legends."

Her acting credits also include a guest spot on the popular sitcom Friends. She appeared as a presenter in the seventh season, specifically in the episode "The One with Joey's Award." In 2008, Westmore made a notable guest appearance on the crime drama Dexter, featuring in its third season. Later that year, on December 12, 2008, she took on the recurring character of Dr. Riley Sinclair in the ABC daytime drama All My Children.

Since 2011, Westmore has taken on a prominent new role as the host of Syfy's reality competition series, Face Off. In this show, talented makeup artists vie for a grand prize of $100,000.
