Melanie Sykes' romantic life has seen significant chapters. She was in a relationship with Matt Goss for five years, commencing in early 1991. Later, in January 2001, she married actor Daniel Caltagirone. Their union brought forth two sons, born in 2002 and 2004. By July 2008, reports indicated the couple had parted ways, citing a growing distance. Her younger son also received an autism diagnosis at the age of three. In July 2023, Sykes shared that she had self-diagnosed with Tourette syndrome.
