About Morgan Fairchild
Morgan Fairchild, whose birth name is Patsy Ann McClenny, is a renowned American actress. Her acting career launched in the early 1970s, and she has since appeared in numerous television series. Fairchild's early work includes her role as Jennifer Pace on the CBS daytime soap opera Search for Tomorrow, a position she held from 1973 to 1977. In 1978, she made her mark on the primetime soap opera Dallas, being the first to play Jenna Wade, before securing a leading role in the NBC series Flamingo Road in 1980. Her performance in this series earned her a nomination for a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Television Series Drama. In 1984, Fairchild had a role in ABC's short-lived drama Paper Dolls, and later she portrayed attorney Jordan Roberts on Falcon Crest from 1985 to 1986. In addition to her television work, she has engaged in theater and guest-starred on various comedy series, including Murphy Brown, which garnered her a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series. She has also appeared in Two and a Half Men, Roseanne, Cybill, and Friends. Fairchild serves as a board member of SAG-AFTRA.
