About Natasha Leggero
Natasha Leggero is an American talent known for her work in stand-up comedy, acting, and writing. Her career gained significant traction when she took on hosting duties for the MTV reality series The 70s House in 2005. Following that, she became a familiar face on Chelsea Handler's late-night program, Chelsea Lately, where she served as a regular panelist from 2008 to 2014.
In 2015, Leggero, alongside Riki Lindhome, developed and launched the Comedy Central period comedy series Another Period, which ran until 2018. In this show, she took on the role of Lillian Abigail Bellacourt, a member of the fictional, affluent Bellacourt family.
Leggero has also lent her voice to several adult animated comedies. Her voice work includes portraying Callie Maggotbone in Ugly Americans (2010–2012), Ethel in Brickleberry (2013–2015), and Shannon in Hoops (2020). Beyond animation, she appeared in the brief NBC sitcom Free Agents in 2011 as Emma Parker. She also starred as Carmen in the Showtime comedy series Dice (2016–2017) and as Elizabeth in the CBS sitcom Broke in 2020.
In 2022, Leggero marked a new milestone by releasing her debut book, The World Deserves My Children. Critics have recognized her observational humor for its satirical approach, often using it to comment on subjects like celebrity culture and social stratification. Leggero's heritage includes Italian and Swedish ancestry.
Her personal life has included relationships with fellow comedians. She dated Duncan Trussell from 2011 to 2012, and together they hosted the podcast The Lavender Hour. She has also been linked romantically to comedians Ari Shaffir and Bobby Lee. In 2015, she married comedian Moshe Kasher.
