Patricia "Patti" Farinelli entered the world on March 18, 1960, in Los Angeles, California. She is an Italian-American who built a career as both a model and actress throughout her professional life. The entertainment industry came to know her particularly well when she was selected as Playboy magazine's featured Playmate for December 1981. The photo spread, which showcased her work, carried the title "Abbondanza" and was shot by renowned photographer Ken Marcus.
